We request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensure efficient scheduling. Otherwise, we may charge a cancellation fee for lost time.

You don’t always need to be home for services like lawn care, snow removal, or pressure washing. However, for auto detailing and specific landscaping projects, it’s helpful if you’re available to discuss preferences and special requests.

Since every property is different, it is hard to provide a one-size-fits all price. However, we work with each client to provide fair pricing that considers size, budget, and your specific needs.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless you’re signed up for a recurring plan, which may have a monthly billing cycle.

We send virtual invoices to collect payment, and accept cash, checks, credit cards, and mobile payment apps.
